The picture below just fits perfectly for me. I am a complete wanderer by heart. I love traveling. Someday I'd love to be paid to travel the world .. OR .. not be paid to travel but just have my travels paid for. I have a strong desire to see every city, no matter how big or small it is. I wanna fly, sail, walk, bicycle around.... Ah ! The dreams and desires.
I watched this movie last night called 'Yes Man' featuring Jim Carrey in it.. In the movie, his girlfriend and him go to the airport and randomly pick a flight to any place.. which in the movie was Lincoln Nebraska... but someday I'd love to be able to do that. Just go to the airport not knowing my actual destination.

A: I got soo many favorites... and I couldn't answer the question in 120 characters hence a blog post ..
So yeah, the girl in me loves Dirty Dancing. But I also love Forrest Gump, Fight Club, Troy, 300 and Wicker Park. Some of my favorite hindi movies are .. Maine Pyaar Kiya, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Saawariya .. just to name a few.

M.A.C
I went to M.A.C yesterday ... I was in dire need of some new lip color.. Most of the shades I own are just clear glosses.. I hardly own any color at all... So i finally got myself a brightt pink. I'm a little nervous. I used it last night and got a bunch of compliments .. but I'm still a little nervous.
So yeah .. the colors I got were:
Slimshine Lipstick: "Gaily"
Lipglass Lip Gloss: Possum Nose Pink (by Dame Edna.. thats the purple box below!)

SIS: Do you think you're fucken Paris Hilton ?
SERIOUSLY! wtf ? Who says that..? Just cos I have a hot pink incase for my macbook now. I don't like pink.. I mean, I don't hate the color .. but its not my favorite.. I own nothing pink .. but it was the only color available for the old white 13' mackbook.

The next couple of days ...
I have a bunch of things going on .. and in addition to all of that I have soooo much work piled up.
In college, I used to make lists... and that usually helped me get through all my work... but now I don't .. I can't remember the last time I made a list.. I really should start again ...
So today is my grandma's 70th birthday ... I'm soo excited. Tonight we're having like this prayer/singing thingie for her at the temple, followed by dinner ... and then tomorrow we're having a dinner party for 60-70 people... Its going to be a fun two days.. and the food at the dinner party tomorrow is going to be absolutely yum! can't wait...
So thats thursday and friday ... saturday I don't have plans yet.. but it might be game night.. ? and then Sunday I usually do nothing ! Like absolutely nothing! HA !

BFF !
Tonight my BFF returns. She's been on holiday for the past 6 weeks and my life has been uneventful and boring. So I'm super excited !
I'm going to keep this one short, I have to run to the gym right now and then go out shopping for Indian clothes (which btw, I HATE DOING.. but I have a function to attend this week and I have to) .. but I might write something more later today..

Rain.
I love the rain. It is probably one of my favorite things. I love the way the city smells right after the rain. I love the sound of rain. I even love it when it thunders real loud .. instantly brings a smile to my face. When it rains .. I usually sit at my window .. just so I can smell .. feel .. touch the rain.
Today it rained.. which officially marks the onset of the monsoon season. I am soo excited ! ! !
Hopefully I will take some pictures this time around :D

Remember yesterday .. when I said I wanted to teach myself Photoshop ... well I'm one step closer to that now. Last evening I went out looking for a book, and I found the perfect one. Or what I think is the perfect one.

No Time No More. . . .
Do you ever feel like there aren't enough hours in a day ? Like you have sooo much to do but very little time to get it done . . . but on the flip side of things, when you look back on your day you don't know what you actually accomplished ? or how the time passed by so fast ?
That's me lately. I've had a whole bunch of things on my to-do list. Things I've been meaning to get done. Things I want to get done. But things that never actually get done.
None of these things are actually the super important things, 'cos those I usually accomplish... but they are more like things I want to do for myself... like I've been wanting to teach myself photoshop .. So I can properly edit my 800 pictures from my trip in March .. so that I can upload them to my flickr .. which I finally upgraded to Pro .. that's three things on my list right there.
Also, I've really been wanting to join this pottery class. I know the lady that teaches, I know how much she charges .. I know where she is located ... but I can't seem to find the time to go ..
I don't know where my day goes . . but before I know it, its time for bed.
I need to get my life back in order. Need to manage my time better. AND SOON !
